Just show them the part that says, “If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase.” That does not exclude travel size items so this should cover everything!

Sometimes I have trouble with Walmart and coupons, but when I do I just show them a copy of their coupon policy and that solves it
