   When you say there is a sample available from Sam’s Club and you click on where you are to click and it takes you to Sam’s, there is NO sample on that page and it doesn’t say WHERE to find it on the site. It has never worked for me on Sam’s. What do you do?

   Hi Peg,

   When you click on the link, there is a flash video that has to load and it may take a while because so many people may be requesting the sample. Once the Bounce ad comes up there is a blue button that says try a sample. You can click on that and fill out the form there.
