Dear Dawn,

That is a GREAT question and I am very glad you asked :)

The cashier was definately wrong. Everything you buy is a "purchase" for example, if you buy 10 of those Febreze Starter Kits, that would be "10 purchases" and the whole thing would be a "transaction." I will try to do a post this week with definitions that you can print out and take with you just in case that ever happens again.

Don't feel bad. I have had that happen before. I would just explain the difference between a purchase and a transaction to the cashier. If they persist, you might want to ask them to ring each item up seperately.

I hope this answers your question. Have a wonderful day!

Christy

Hi, I tried to use 10 $4 off febreze starter kit coupons at Walmart that were priced at $4.84 and the cashier told me that I couldn't use all 10 coupons since they say limit one per purchase. She called someone over that appeared to be a manager or supervisor who was going on break and that lady told me since that was what the coupons says that she would not allow it,because they were getting in trouble for doing that, but they would let me use 1 of the coupons. Is one per purchase not the same as one per item???? i was so mad when i left.
